Piston diaphragm pump with three hydraulic diaphragms is used for pumping liquids.

Parts in contact with pumped liquids are made of reinforced nylon and stainless steel AISI 303/304.

The pump body is made using injection molding technology, with the mechanical part of the pump installed in an oil bath, equipped with a reservoir made of transparent plastic for visual control of the oil level.

Supplied with a hydro-pneumatic damper to ensure high uniformity of operation and reduce pulsations.

The pistons are equipped with a special segment to improve the effectiveness of the “oil cushion” membrane protection system.

Equipped with a newly designed diaphragm locking system to prevent rupture and fluid contact even under severe operating conditions. Valves with a spherical profile that provide less resistance to the passage of liquid and improve volumetric output.

The pump supports are attached to the pump crankcase. All screws used in the pump are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
